The farmhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (note: the upstairs bath has a tub but no shower). The main floor includes an open kitchen with a large dining table, a play area and living room, a primary bedroom with an en suite walk-in shower, and a second full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs you'll find an office, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Feel free to use the Pack & Play and queen air mattress to sleep little ones. Every room has strong wifi and mini splits for personalized climate control.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
