The Farmhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (note: the upstairs bath has a tub but no shower). The main floor includes an open kitchen with a large dining table, a play area and living room, a primary bedroom with an en suite walk-in shower, and a second full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs you'll find an office, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Feel free to use the Pack & Play and queen air mattress to sleep little ones. Every room has strong wifi and mini splits for personalized climate control.

Walk 150 feet past a strawberry patch, fire-pit, and orchard to reach the historic barn. Inside, you'll find shared spaces including crafts and activities for kids. The two bedroom apartment has two queen beds, a full kitchen, full bath with shower, a living room with a work area, and access to a large private deck overlooking the pond and fields. The one bedroom apartment includes a queen bed, kitchenette, full bath with shower, sleeper sofa, and a small desk, with access to a full-size refrigerator just outside the barn entrance.

Let the tree-filled views relax you as you fly kites, search for tadpoles by the pond, hike the nature trail, or play pickleball or croquet outdoors. Cook and eat together in the fully equipped kitchen with goodies from local farm stands, then watch fireflies and make s'mores around the fire pit. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
